Bill is a big strong and happy guy who is always looking to do something to help in the Shed. Having been a professional engineer Bill knows about a lot about practical things. ​ If you want a drill bit sharpened that will cut like no other then Bill's the man for the job. ​ Bill's memory isn't what it used to be, but there's always someone to help him out. Sometimes Bill gets a little excitable and shows his appreciation with a hug or two. It's like being squeezed by a dozen bears.
